Account details (username, email), payment receipts you upload for verification, camera/microphone streams processed in real time for AI transformation, and usage records (streaming time, credits consumed).
To operate your account, process payment approvals, enforce usage limits, provide support, and improve the Service.
Uploaded receipts are stored securely and are only accessible to you and platform administrators for verification purposes.
We use Decart's AI API to perform real-time video transformation. Video is processed for the duration of your live session and is not stored by Creoveya beyond what's required to operate the Service.
You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support.
