This Privacy Policy explains how ECO SOLACE GLOBAL LTD ("Creoveya") collects and uses information when you use Creoveya AI Live Studio.
Account details (username, email), payment records (plan, amount, method and provider reference — card and bank details are handled by our payment providers, not stored by us), camera/microphone streams processed in real time for AI transformation, and usage records (streaming time, credits consumed).
To operate your account, process payments, enforce usage limits, provide support, and improve the Service.
Payments are processed by third-party providers (Paystack for naira bank transfer and card payments, and NOWPayments for cryptocurrency). They receive the details needed to complete your payment under their own privacy policies.
We use Decart's AI API to perform real-time video transformation. Video is processed for the duration of your live session and is not stored by Creoveya beyond what's required to operate the Service.
You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support.
